Speed Race

Goal: Leadership, Decision-making & Trust

Format: In person · outdoors
Typical duration: 3h – 4h
Participants: 12 to 120 (teams of 6–10)

Each team gets materials and a budget to design and build its own soapbox cart. Once built, the race shows whether the decisions made along the way were the right ones.
